Lorrie Loughney and Friends present the story of Rover, a talking dog; the Mack children, and the small elf-like Gigglers who must try to stop the prank that the Gigglers have set in motion to punish Mr. Mack for being mean to his children. Adapted from the book by Roddy Doyle, an award winning Irish novelist, dramatist and screenwriter.
