Tiny Beautiful Things

The Ritz Theater

Based on the bestselling book by Cheryl Strayed (Wild) and adapted by Nia Vardalos (My Big Fat Greek Wedding) for the stage, Tiny Beautiful Things gives life to our biggest questions and answers. In this one-act play, Sugar, an advice columnist, responds to her readers' letters with empathy and personal experience, connecting with them on the most intimate level: as humans. A blend of memoir and stagecraft, this is a play about connection, about finding healing and peace, and about finding the courage to take on questions without clear answers or the answers one might expect. Presented by New Vintage Ensemble.

This project was supported by a Lackawanna County Community Arts & Culture Grant, a program of the Lackawanna County Commissioners.
