Lackawanna County Children’s Library

The Lackawanna County Children's Library is a beautiful space located at 520 Vine Street in downtown Scranton (between Adams Ave and North Washington Ave). Built in 1915 as a church, the building is known for its Classical Revival architecture. All Fringe programming at the Children's Library is free and open to all and has been since it has served as a Festival venue every year since 2015.
