The Doherty Pocket Park is a beautiful outdoor space within downtown Scranton PA.

For the 2026 Scranton Fringe Festival, it will play host to THE WIND AND THE WILLOWS, a free community performance on Friday, October 2nd & Saturday, October 3rd - made possible thanks to support from Scranton Tomorrow & The City of Scranton.
